Allana Ferguson bio
Allana was chosen to represent Australia at Rugby Sevens 2013, but the knee injury that followed kept her out of the game. It took many years for Allana to return back into the rugby league. Allana made her women's debut in the rugby league against Queensland for New South Wales. Allana can also be found on radio on her resume, making frequent appearances on 2GB's top-rated Continuous Call Team. In addition to her work in sport, Allana is also a fully qualified instructor. Allana Ferguson holds the rare privilege of playing for Australia in three different sports: rugby sevens, rugby league and touch. Allana Ferguson is a Jillaroos' rugby star and fourth-time ACL tearr is out of the game. Ferguson injured her ACL four times, at ages 15, 17 and twenty. The fourth time she was injured, her professional career was over. Ferguson, JILLAROOS playmaker and fourth-year ACL injured, had to retire earlier. Ferguson was injured in the month of November in a practice session. The Courier Mail confirmed the announcement earlier this week. Ferguson has been the face of women's rugby league for the past couple of seasons.
